If you purchased the Service or any in-app purchase through a third-party platform such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refund requests generally must be submitted through the applicable platform provider in accordance with its refund policies and procedures. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not process refunds for purchases made through these platforms directly.

To request a refund, please contact the platform through which you made the purchase directly. We have no ability to issue, approve, or deny refunds for platform-processed transactions.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for its intended purpose.

This license does not transfer to you any ownership rights in the Service, software, content, branding, documentation, or other materials made available by us. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by us and our licensors.

We do not control and are not responsible for any third-party content, offerings, privacy practices, availability, or security. You access third-party resources at your own risk.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with your devices or systems, or that any defects will be corrected. You are responsible for exercising independent judgment and for implementing any safeguards appropriate to your use of the Service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED USD 100.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us and our affiliates, licensors, service providers, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will be governed by the laws of Austria, without regard to conflicts of law principles.

Before filing a formal claim, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by providing written notice and allowing at least thirty (30) days for good-faith negotiations.

If the dispute is not resolved informally, the courts located in Vienna, Austria will have exclusive jurisdiction over the matter, and each party consents to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service, legal requirements, or business practices. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where required by law or commercially reasonable, provide additional notice.

Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
